You will play a key role in a major software development and integration engagement with one of our largest clients. We need you to bring an extensive business analysis skillset grounded in successful contribution to application development projects.
What we are looking for:
We need an experienced senior level Business Analyst who has successfully contributed to large, business critical application development engagements and meets the following description:
- The ability and confidence to work closely with the client and rapidly understand their business and requirements.
- The skill and experience to work with architects, designers, developers and testers to translate that client-specific business knowledge into solutions and business processes.
- People who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and be involved in the sorting of the problem not just design.
- Broad expertise with the ability to dive into detail when needed.
Sound experience across a number of years working in software development / implementation, including the following skills:
- Requirements gathering and analysis.
- Business process design and modelling skills.
- Workshop facilitation.
- Experience working with SharePoint is useful.
- An understanding of UX (user experience) is useful.
- Agile-scrum experience would be a plus.
- Ability to produce quality documentation, lead/manage the review of those documents with the client, achieve approval and signoff.
- Track record of successful delivery in a complex, deadline driven environment.
