Across Datacom our CRM team continues to grow, making us one of NZ’s largest and most successful CRM practices in key centres through New Zealand. We are currently looking to build our local capability for the Midlands region based in Mt Maunganui.
About the role – what to expect
• Acting as a CRM Developer providing CRM expertise to a variety of clients
• A varied but challenging opportunity that will test your analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities
• Working across multiple projects for a number of different clients
• Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and actively collaborating on solutions with other teams.
About You
As an experienced CRM developer you will:
• Have competence in the following:
o C#
o JavaScript
o Design patterns including MVC
o CRM SDK
o Visual Studio, including Developer Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Dynamics CRM product and be able to make appropriate design decisions based on business requirements
• Be comfortable in front of clients up to a senior level
• Be able to lead workshops, elicit requirements, craft and develop solutions and articulate CRM concepts
• Have a solid understanding of the SDLC
• Demonstrate experience with pre-sales and shaping projects
