As a senior member of the team your role will be to function as a subject matter expert for successful design and implementation of IAM solutions.  As such you will be able to analyse and understand the client requirements, define business processes and prepare/review the technical documentation.  You will be responsible for design phases of technical and solution architectures and know the ins and outs of designing, developing and delivering identity solutions using the best fit technologies.  A natural part of your role is to grow your knowledge and that of your team by researching market trends plus evaluating new and proposed IAM systems and technologies.  In order to grow our team from the ground up, you will also coach and mentor the more junior members of the team.
 
What we need from you:
  • Sound knowledge of the Identity and Access Management environment, understanding current complexities, future requirements and best practices.
  • Good communication and analytical problem solving skills. Ability to explain Identity and Access Management aspects to stakeholders and partners.
  • Self-motivated, focused and outcomes driven with the ability to work alone an in a team.
  • Interest in future trends in Identity and Access Management.
  • General experience with requirements analysis and design of IT systems.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 
You will have sound experience in several of the following:
  • Identity Access Management
  • Identity and Access Governance
  • Privileged Access Management
  • Single Sign On
  • Development Background…
… and experience in any of below technologies would be advantageous:
  • ForgeRock
  • Microsoft Identity Manager
  • Microsoft Azure
  • CyberArk
  • Dell One Identity
  • CA Identity Suite
  • SailPoint IQ
