About the role:
Our Systems Management Group, part of IT Management, is seeking an Enterprise Vault Specialist for its Data Protection and Information Governance Team. This role combines IT service management with the designing and running of IT operations, driving technical change, and mentoring for other technical staff.
There’s a refreshing variety of work here; you’ll be involved in anything from fault finding and trouble-shooting to optimising performance and availability. Your technical opinions matter and you’ll be encouraged to continually improve yourself and the systems you manage.

Working with a wide range of customers, you’ll relish problems solving, giving a clear focus to the delivery of contractual requirements.
Key Technologies:
- Veritas Enterprise Vault
- Veritas eDiscovery
- Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, messaging (e.g. Microsoft Exchange), data protection technologies (e.g. Commvault Simpana, Veritas NetBackup), other information archiving/discovery platforms are distinct advantages
Certification Requirements:
- Veritas Certified Specialist (Enterprise Vault)
- Recommended -MCSA, Veritas Certified Specialist (eDiscovery), Veritas Certified Professional (Archiving and eDiscovery)
