An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator within Datacom Connect, located in our North Ryde office.
This role focuses on high volume recruitment and sourcing specialist talent for our business. The
Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for attracting, recruiting & retaining employees within the Datacom Connect business. This is a hands-on role and will work closely with managers within the business in order to achieve high quality recruitment outcomes.

The core objectives and responsibilities include;
- Coordination and facilitation of assessment centres with the support of an administrator
- End to end recruitment, including placing adverts, resume screening and reference checking
- Providing recruitment support and direction to the management team
- Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies for the business
- Working as part of a team to develop an appropriate recruitment strategy and optimum recruitment process, particularly in relation to the large-scale assessment centres and auxiliary roles
- Promoting the Datacom brand to the market as a great place to work and engaging in initiatives to improve our brand awareness in order to engage passive talent.
- Create letters of offer, employment agreements and other contractual new-starter documentation for successful applicants
- Managing the on-boarding process
Your skills and experience will include;
- End to end recruitment experience, either agency or internal is essential.
- Contact Centre or high volume recruitment experience would be desirable
- High level of organisation & time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous client or stakeholder relationship experience
- Australian Citizenship and able to pass a national security clearance
