Due to growth, Datacom Systems requires additional Microsoft Dynamics CRM support. We are looking for expressions of interest from Dynamics CRM Application Support Consultants who would be interested in joining our Software Solutions team either on a permanent or contractual basis. In this role you will be responsible for supporting Microsoft solutions for our customers across a variety of industries. Working with internal and external customers, you will work on change requests, support and ongoing maintenance of applications.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics applications
- Monitoring of service desk tickets assigned to the queue and process based on priority and agreed SLA's
- Providing high-quality technical support to effectively diagnose and resolve support incidents reported by external customers
- Providing thorough and clear documentation
- Maintaining an accurate record of progress against requests for service using the ITSM tool
- Providing excellent customer service and ownership of technical support issues
Skills/ Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands on MS Dynamics CRM support (must have)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent problem solving with great communication skills and attention to detail
