The Role
This is an exciting and diverse role, where you’ll be part of a dedicated team and be surrounded by great people to work with. The administration team supports the daily functions of the building operations, and our staff. This role is focused on managing key areas of operations, such as arranging facility contractors, organising new desks, and managing the security for access cards and the car park. Along with this, you’ll work across day-to-day administrative duties and front office support. Whether it be covering the front reception desk, booking travel, or managing our cell phone administration, you’ll be able to transition across all functions of the Administration team when we’re a head short.
 
The Person
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who understands urgency, and can adapt in a flexible, high pressure and shifting environment. Being solution oriented, you’ll actively support our staff with effective interpersonal skills and a friendly approach.
 
You'll have proven experience coordinating administrative tasks within large businesses, and have exposure to operational administration. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key to this role. Most of all, you’ll be a true team player who loves to work with people, and be proactive in building relationships across the business.
