Process Owner - Salesforce
we’re looking for an experienced delivery-focused individual with strong leadership skills to work internally for an award winning IT Consultancy. This is a critical position that will support the Datacom business to fully utilise the Datacom CRM solution to drive Sales and Delivery performance.
About the role:
The Process Owner provides thought leadership in the domain area by engaging closely with user communities, senior operational managers and the Salesforce practice. With this in mind, the main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support Business Performance by streamlining processes, institute effective reporting on sales piplelines, keeping focus on agreed business priority areas etc..Identify and support user groups across the businessBuild relationships with key users and superusersMonitor and report user adoption and effectivenessActively manage user base including licensing costsImplement effective means to communicate key information to users, and collect feedback/suggestions as requiredDevelop and execute training plan to support user groupsMonitor training effectiveness and ensure improvement / remedial action is taken where required
About you:
You must have a proven record with 4+ years change management experience with a strong background in CRM. A strong customer focus is a must, with a clear-headed approach to stakeholder management.
