Due to demand, we are looking for a senior Consultant (Dynamics CRM) with the blend of client and communication skills, and technical knowledge, to be able to be the conduit between the technical team and the client's business users and stakeholders.
With several new pieces of work confirmed or in the pipeline, you'll have plenty of opportunities to make an immediate contribution to the team. Eliciting requirements, facilitating workshops, crafting solutions, delivering training and presentations to clients are all key parts to this exciting role therefore confidence with your communication and delivery is essential. Additionally you will be doing presales work and leading customer engagements in the CRM space.
We’re looking for:
- outstanding core business analysis skills and a demonstrable track record of successful projects
- ability to demonstrate CRM functionality
- workshop facilitation skills
- experience taking a lead role and some presales capability
- proven experience in developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation, and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors
- ability to take a consultative approach, to understand client requirements and offer ongoing support
- a strong technical background, including MS Dynamics CRM configuration and implementation experience (ideally with CRM 4.0 up to 2013 and CRM 2015/2016)
- a thorough understanding of the out of the box capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the ability to configure it to match business requirements
- customer facing capability and strong communication skills
