About the role:
Working on our Enterprise Service Desk is a key role and 'window' to the business; you're first point of contact to our enterprise client! Your responsibilities will include providing Tier 2 support to customers for anything, from resetting passwords, to setting up new accounts, to initial troubleshooting of network performance on one of our sites. You'll also keep documentation updated and ensure effective and professional communication internally and with clients via phone and email.
About you:
Your strong troubleshooting skills, exceptional communication skills along with your IT qualification will be critical to your success in this role. We are looking for an individual to fill a full time position, with the flexibility to work rostered hours between 7 AM - 11 PM weekdays.
It is essential to have:
- A relevant IT qualification.
- Minimum of two years of Service Desk experience.
- Strong understanding and experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office Suite, SCCM, and Citrix.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills - both written, verbal and listening skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems effectively and clearly to clients via telephone and email.
- Ability to work well in a social team.
- Ability to prioritise customers' needs and empathise.
- It would be advantageous to have ITIL certification.
