We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join the Service Management team in this permanent role as Service Delivery Manager. The position reports into the Service Manager Team Leader and is located in our South Australian office.
As a member of the Service Management team, the Service Delivery Manager will interact directly with clients and other members of the Datacom Systems teams to ensure technology based solutions delivered meet clients' business needs and challenges, as well as Datacom's obligations under the terms of the customers' contract.
We need someone who is really willing to go above and beyond to help our customers and who will be focused on building strong and trusting relationships with them. In addition, our Service Delivery Manager will be solution oriented, super organised, and always on the lookout for how we can do it better.
This role is about people first and technology (an important) second. You will love talking to customers and ensuring that their service delivery requirements are met or exceeded. We maintain a completely open and transparent relationship with our customers, especially on those occasions when thing go wrong - where we'll take ownership, fix quickly, avoid blame, and learn the lessons so it's not repeated. There is reporting of course, but to add value and insight to the account and customer not just for reporting sake.
