The Role
As the successful ServiceNow Implementation Analyst, you will be joining a small team work across multiple client sites, to enhance the ServiceNow tool-set including the activation of plug-in's, and the customisation and implementation of tools and processes that deliver business value and enrich the platform, particularly within the IT Service Management Modules of ServiceNow. This varied role will see you utilising your ServiceNow implementation expertise and being the ‘go-to’ person for our clients.
The Person
Our ideal candidate has knowledge in the following areas;
- Solid implementation experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on the IT Service Management module
- Ability to capture requirements and translate business and system requirements in to designs for ServiceNow
- Applying modelling and system analysis tools to agreed standards
- Experience of a major ServiceNow development project
Any experience working on large complex projects would be advantageous, and strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders will be vital.
